Circuit Training Classes Tuesdays 8.15 Pm

Grainne Keane is a qualified finess instructor (NCEF).  Grainne trains all levels, men and women in this class.  Grainne is a wonderful trainer and her philosophy on exercise is to ‘enjoy it, don’t endure it!.  Circuit training is beneficial to both your body and mind, it is aerobic and anaerobic, so you work to your own limits, so that you are challenged but safe.  Why not sign up for ten circuit training classes and do Tuesday 8.15pm with Grainne and Thursdays 8 pm with Karen.  You can click and buy on the button to your right and begin your new fitness regime today!.

New September Timetable Valid From 1st September 2018

Please click the link below to view a PDF copy of the new Matwork, circuit and Reformer Timetable valid from 1st September 2018.  Please note next week Monday 3rd September circuit training will commence at 19.15 NOT 20.00.  Then It is being moved from Monday nights to Tuesday nights at 20.15 commencing Tuesday 11th September.  The Men Only Pilates is Commencing Monday 10th September at 19.30 and is suitable for intermediate standard.  All classes will be available to book online.  To receive updates and newsletters please sign up to our newsletters, on the homepage (to your right) due to the new GDPR we cannot forward or send these to you otherwise.  Should you have any questions or problems booking, please contact Nicky on 087-6338994.
