Special Offer

We believe in rewarding our existing clients for their loyalty dedication and hard work. We also want to encourage you to try a class that you may not have already tried. So for the month of May 2012 only bring a friend to a class at 1PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and you get to go free of charge. Or Monday 10.30Am or Thursday 6.30PM. No strings, no ties just instruction!! Please book in advance to ensure your place!

Plan Now for June – August Classes

Not sure what you are going to be doing for the summer and afraid to commit to a course because you might lose out? No problem you can book a specific number of classes now, valid for the months of June – August inclusively. So find yourself home unexpectedly you can just pop down with your pass and enjoy a class. Don’t let the pounds pile on over summer and lose all the good work you’ve achieved whether it be core work, strength, conditioning or rehabilitation, book your pass now and have the freedom of knowing you have not let it all go to waste! There is nothing as hard as starting all over again in September so keep your hand in without the fear of having wasted your money. You can top up your classes as you require and the passes are valid till 31st August 2012.
