Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Claudia Gutierrez summer 2016

Claudia has been working as a Yoga, Fitness instructor, PE teacher for more than 30 years.  As a former gymnast who represented her country (Argentina) in international competitions and coached a few champions herself, we are delighted to welcome her to The Core Studio Ltd Glasthule.  Claudia has a skilled mix of knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, developmental and bio mechanical movement.  Her classes can offer the client to reconnect with themselves and discover how strong and powerful they can be.  Her classes are client centred, adapting each class to the participants specific needs, which is what the Core Studio is all about, working within our limits in a safe caring environment.

Workshop description;

Prepare for a deeply pampering restorative yoga and positive affirmations and visualisations that will take you on a journey of peace and relaxation to prepare our heart and soul to receive a blissful wave of unconditional love to increase self esteem and self love.  Restorative yoga postures melt away physical and mental tension, assisting the bodes processes of healing injuries and recovering from illness by releasing tension.

Claudia will use props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation.  Using passive asanas we let the nervous system shift and enjoy the benefit of true rest.  The focus will be to calm and nurture ourselves on all levels.  Claudia will use Chakra meditations and visualisations to help restore the balance of mind, body and spirit.  Finishing with a beautiful, gentle, powerful yoga nidra.
