Circuit Training Classes Tuesdays 8.15 Pm

Grainne Keane is a qualified finess instructor (NCEF).  Grainne trains all levels, men and women in this class.  Grainne is a wonderful trainer and her philosophy on exercise is to ‘enjoy it, don’t endure it!.  Circuit training is beneficial to both your body and mind, it is aerobic and anaerobic, so you work to your own limits, so that you are challenged but safe.  Why not sign up for ten circuit training classes and do Tuesday 8.15pm with Grainne and Thursdays 8 pm with Karen.  You can click and buy on the button to your right and begin your new fitness regime today!.
