We are closed for the Christmas period from Friday 22nd December to January 6th inclusive.  There are yoga workshops and classes available just contact the instructors directly, the details are under Classes and then Yoga in the drop down menu.  The timetable will resume as normal on January 8th.  All Nicky and Karens classes are available to buy and book online using the button to your right.  Vouchers are also available online or at the studio up until Thursday 21st December.  Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous Christmas and new year and looking forward to seeing you in a bright new 2018!

Monday October 16th

Hi all classes for the rest of the day are cancelled due to storm Orphelia, including Mindfulness drop in this evening.   Anyone booked in online has being re-credited.  Stay safe and stay indoors and see you as normal tomorrow.

Mindfulness Offer October 19th

Dear Core members, We have a new Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course beginning on Thursday October 19th.  The course is full, but one person has had to drop out at short notice.  Rather than let the place go a-begging, we would like to give a Core member the opportunity to take up the place by just paying the remaining balance due.  If you would like to reduce stress in your life and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself, give me a call ASAP (Susan 086-1510784) and we can discuss whether it is right for you.  You many have seen the flyers in the studio, but briefly; it is an 8 week course with one full retreat dat.  All materials, handbook and meditation tapes are supplied.  The outstanding balance due is E260.00 (full course cost is E340.00)

Shiatsu Massage At The Core Studio Ltd with Sally Dunne

Shiatsu massage is a deliciously relaxing form of bodywork!  It’s done through the clothes on a mat at floor level.  The word actually means finger-pressure.  Shiatsu involves hand and thumb pressure along the acupuncture meridians and it can relax you at a very deep level.


A treatment, including time to talk about your health, lasts an hour.  You are encouraged to simply lie passively while Sally uses gently pressure on the shiatsu points.  She uses comfortable yoga-like stretches to increase the flow of circulation through the body and the joints.  Shiatsu treats the whole body, including the back, neck and shoulders, head and the feet.  It eases deeply held tension and can have a very positive effect on stress, problems sleeping, digestive ailments and muscular issues, such as back problems.

Post Natal Mother & Baby Monday and Wednesday Mornings

We are pleased to announce a new mother and baby class beginning Monday 2nd October.  The class will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11.30 for one hour and will include a fun combination of pelvic floor and tummy toning exercises.  Please bring your baby in their car seat, no buggies.  The cost is 72.00 for 6 classes and can be booked online.
